Good Morning!!! Well, we're heading into a long weekend here, and of course, it's raining!! Oh well, a chance to catch up on my scrapping and stamping. I haven't had much of a chance lately, my mom had a heart attack just after my last post, so that kind of threw all of us for a loop. She's going to be fine, and there's no permanent damage, so it was good news. But still....
Then we had the year end parties for my 2 older kids... we had one here, with 25 kids in the pool!! Good thing the school's policy is that there has to be a lifeguard for events like that! It all went well, and I think the kids had a good time. I made a gift for each of the 2 pregnant teachers at the school, and also a scrapbook for the baby's first year for Kalvin's teacher. I think she liked it... I duplicated the pages I made, so I'll show them to you, if you like. That will be another day, though.
For today, I'm going to show you some clear envelope brag books that I made a while back. I gave these as prizes at my last stamp a stack for the school that we did.
So, for the first one, I used one of my all time favourite sets, All in the Family. I just love how you can make everyone!! The only thing I wish was that SU would make some more that would be good for our more northern climate. But, I love it still!!!
Oh, and just so you know, the retirement list from SU is out. I'm so sad... I'm losing about 35 sets, most of them, I LOVE. Oh well, have to make room for more great stuff!!! If you want to check it out, just go to http://www.stampinup.com/ca/enc/default.asp
and click on retirement list. Then, go through your catalogue, and mark which ones you just HAVE to have, and let me know... they're gone Aug. 9.
